Lakshman Prabhakar, Process Consultant
Lakshman Prabhakar is an experienced distiller, having worked at King’s County Distillery, where he learned to mash, ferment, strip and spirit. In addition, during his time at King’s County, he worked to develop and update enzyme protocols for rye mash to decrease clogging of pumps and residue buildup on steam coils. With a background in Chemical Engineering, he is well equipped to address issues arising from pumping, heating, and fermentation systems on all scales. He comes with a strong knowledge of modeling systems with process flow simulations, water testing, and organic chemistry.

Adam Ali has worked with numerous companies over the years to improve sales and customer relations by building systems to improve communication and outreach to users.
